  1. I have a blu ray mp4 or blu ray with .mp4 extension. It is too big for the file system of a USB, how can i split it?

    A mp4 is not a bluray. A bluray looks like https://www.videohelp.com/hd#filestruct

    But you can cut a mp4 cut with avidemux.

    Because it was reencoded before you downloaded it and the guy made an MP4 out of it?

    Reformat the USB flash drive to NTFS. That should resolve your problem. No need to split the file.
