I have video I've captured from a Digital8 camcorder as DV AVI. I downloaded avi2dvd and when I first tried to load the dv_avi file it wanted to convert it, so I said ok. It said lossless conversion to an avi format that avi2dvd would support and when it was done it was about the same size file but would now load into the program.
Great.
Except not. I used pretty much everything from the first 3 tabs of the afterdawn tutorial (didn't need the rest) and submitted the job. It "completed" a little while later with the following error in BeSweet_AudioStream 1 AC3 2CH.ac3.txt
Error 32: No input-data was found (wrong substream?)
Quiting...
[00:00:00:000] Conversion Completed !
The file Avi2Dvd_Log.txt had this in it:
Error 32: No input-data was found (wrong substream?)
Quiting...
[00:00:00:000] Conversion Completed !
Any pointers as to what went wrong, either in the capture or the dv to normal avi conversion? I captured as avi typeII I believe, though it's been long enough now that I can't be absolutely certain.
Thanks.
