Do certain cached videos remain unrecoverable from the temp folder? I've been using screen recording software to capture the video but even after much trial and error the smallest file size for a 1 hour capture is about 100Mb while the cached file is a mere 20Mb.

The stream in question is played through a proprietary application and inspection of the file shows it to be OGG format (or a variant, i.e. OGV, etc.). Also, while snooping around the app files I did run across a "vorbis-java.jar" file which I believe supports my OGG determination. If anyone has an idea as to a way in which these files can be rescued from the temp folder it would be greatly appreciated. Yes they do get flushed when the apps video window is closed.

Attached is a screen-shot from a representative vid along with a short 10 minute vid sample without extension.
