    I've been having this issue to sometimes. After conversion I mounted the .iso in ultraiso and opened up with DVDShrink. I found that there was no audiostream at all, but the original .mkv's did all have working sound in vlc. If anyone could follow up on this would be greatly appreciated.

    I would ask in the convertxtodvd forum, http://forums.vso-software.fr/

    But some rmvb might be tricky to convert.
