    When compressing DVDs to SL using DVD-RB (DVD Rebuilder - free) using Avisynth, and will someone in all seriousness take a look at both INI files and please let me know if there should be anything to change like a better deinterlacing than decomb521 or if anything should be removed or anything at all? I know both INI files do work.

    Why are you deinterlacing if the target format is DVD? I'd just use DVDShrink personally......

    No need to interlace for dvd output. IIRC decomb is for interlaced footage. In any case you can do this for film sources by turning the video back into progressive. This can potentially save some space from what I recall but it was not worth it in most cases.
