You don't need a plugin - the standard AssumeFPS(), AssumeScaledFPS(), ChangeFPS() and ConvertFPS() internal filters all can do that with YUY2.

Hope that's not too complicated for you.

  3. for example if I have a progressive sources 48fps or 60 fps or 30fps that I whould convert to 25i, that is the proper procedure to do that? is necessary a motion interpolation?

Depends on what LOOK you want to give it. Could be done as PsF, could be done by losing alternate lines, could be done with pull-up/down and or slow-up/down. With or without interpolation again depends on your intended outcome.

But don't expect ANY of those looks to be identical to your source.

  5. 48p and 60p convertfps(50) then reinterlace
30p you can try the same or try jagabo special or do that with 60p as well
    give it a try
