I set a BD25 reencode last night and I wake up and its stopped at 50% with a "x264.exe has stopped working" window up. I'm doing highest quality, two passes.
It screws up on the second pass.

Reload your rip but BEFORE (this is critical) you start rebuilding anything, check the video files that you have loaded from the rip. Do you see VC-1 with a frame rate of 29.97 in ANY of the video streams? BDRebuilder has a known "bug" where it cannot encoded interlaced VC-1. If you try to ask about this on the official forum on Doom9 you will find the author's friends will insist that you have not set up something correctly and that is the cause of it. Actually the author has admitted that there is a problem with trying to encode interlaced VC-1 video and basically BDRebuilder can't handle it. It's been like this forever so I wouldn't hold my breath on it being fixed. The only "solution" I've found for such discs is to burn them exactly as ripped to BD-R DL media. If you do not have VC-1 in any of the videos you ripped than post what the source BluRay is as maybe someone will know if there's something weird with it.

Yes I did ask here

They don't want to help me anymore because its a download. They do realize probably 95% of the people using BD Rebuilder are mostly using downloads.

Pull! Bang! Darn!

A few other sites I go to pretty much ALL use downloads. I personally know a couple dozen people that do as well.
Anyway I may have fixed it. Reinstalled ffdshow and the newest BD Rebuilder. -
