Can I use empty sockets in my KOCOM monitors to connect video and audio output from an entryphone camera to a laptop for capture and restreaming in real time over my LAN? I have moved into house with KOCOM entryphone system - two monitors but have three floors so would like to use the LAN to distribute the video and audio to ethernet sockets (or use wifi) so that I can pick up any entryphone usage without having to race downstairs. Would use a couple of old laptops to take the place of a KOCOM monitor. Current monitors use 4 wire sockets. I guess this is difficult - especially if the video signal is "proprietary".
