I have a file over 300MB and that will not let me save any files over 300MB. Is there another way? Or program? It has to be able to save 700MB though.

Cdrwin does bin/cue but only in image files of cds,it does iso compilations of data files, you have to pay and register ultraiso if you want to get over the 300mb restriction. If you really want a bin/cue file that badly you can burn the avi to cd-rw and then rip the cd with cdrwin or alcohol 120% in cue/bin format.
