video running slow issue(need help)

hi there,
i have downloaded a movie from indopia.com in flv format from live stream high quality.
but when i play it, the video frames loads very slowly and stuck regularly and then play.the audio runs fine.
so the viewing is not smooth.
i have burnt the movie in cd/dvd and played it, still the same issue.

please anybody tell me what to do.

Test using a different media player. If it's "loading" or "playing" slowly and it's stored on the HDD, it's likely a media player/codec issue.
