I have some .AVI files that get thrown out of sync whenever I edit them with a program like Windows Movie Maker or AVS Video Editor. When Open these files in Virtualdub, I get a message saying:
"[!] AVI: Stream 0 (video) has a non-zero start position of 2 samples (+67 ms).
VirtualDub does not currently support a non-zero start time and the stream
will be interpreted as starting from zero."
What should I do?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Probably just ignore the error. You might have to adjust the audio with VirtualDub's audio skew function. My guess is if you open the AVI file with VirtualDub, select Video -> Direct Stream Copy, maybe set the audio skew, then save as AVI, your other programs will handle the results (assuming that's your goal).
