    I downloaded a movie from Kazaa in AVI format. It plays fine, but when I try to open it in TMPGEnc to convert it, it gives me an error message saying the format is not supported. Do I need to download something (DiVx codec possibly?)? Any help is appreciated. Thanks-Jim

    yep get the divx codecs installed sharpish, just for good measure install the nimo codec pack aswell........

    Hey,

    I got the DivX codec installed, but it still says the same thing when I try to convert the file. Any other ideas? -Jim

    But did you install nimo codec aswell? it has a lot of stuff in it.Is the file a divx? or is it an smr navi file?
