Here's a question I've been meaning to ask for some time: what are the differences between mode 1 and mode 2 bit rate encoding? Thanks.

mode 1 and mode 2 are CD burning modes. The difference is that mode 2 can fit more MB on the disk but is only used to burn VCD/SVCD/CVD. Mode 1 is used for data disks ie. to burn AVI DivX movies.
