There may be a new HDCP stripper available for HDMI. It uses a NeTV device that has HDMI input and output with an FPGA in between. The device can be bought here. By itself, it does not remove HDCP, but one of the members of the Requiem board has written a firmware that removes the HDCP and outputs to any HDMI device, including capture cards.
This programmer, going by the nick Brahms, announced this firmware back in May. It can be found on the main page at the Requiem site.

There was talk of a similar device last year. But it required an expensive prototyping board.
