TMPGEnc Menu Problem

Hi.. I have a situation where I used DVDShrink to rip and compress a bunch of episodes off of the 2 discs of a season DVD so that I could have one disc with all of the episodes.

I used TMPGEnc to author the DVD.. combined all the episodes, created the menu, etc. I selected the option for firstplay to go directly to the menu.

Now, when I put the DVD in the first time, it's great.. goes to the menu where I can select an episode and play it. But, I can't then get back to the menu. Hitting the menu button on the remote does nothing... the menu refuses to come up.. if I want the menu back, I have to take the DVD out of the player and put it back in.

Anyone know what's going on and how I can fix this?

Do you have a button named "Title" or possibly even "Root" on your DVD Player remote ?

Have you chosen "Display Main Menu" for the option "Action to take after each track has been played"

Edit:It probably makes no difference
