I have an .exe file and a .js file, I'd like to know if they have malicious code in them like keylogger, virus, etc.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

virustotal.com (a free service owned by Google) scans uploaded files with about 40 different products, including Malwarebytes. File size is a limiting factor, but many if not most program files are small enough to upload.
