I have a odd question that i can't seem to find the answer to. I have a RHT387H bought from the UK and have now moved to Australia, I now can't use it to watch or record t.v. Through my efforts I have managed to unlock it to play Australian DVD's but i can't seem to tune it to the Australian T.V broadcasting frequency's.

    Any help would appreciated.

  2. Are you trying analogue or digital freeview tuning?
Not being Australian I can't say why but I believe analogue-to-digital switchover is still in a transitional state in many areas.

If all else fails, maybe buy a cheap freeview box and link it to the LG with scart or relevant cables.

I am trying digital tv. Here in Perth analogue has been switched off. And buying a cheap set top box would defeat the purpose of it as the program guides to record stuff wouldn't come through. Some of the frequencys that the box is capable of is only 0.5MHz off but others are a long way off but without being able to pick up the tv channels it's just a fancy DVD player
