Ipcam streaming video to wallpaper windows 7 with dreamscene is it possible

Hi



My dreamscene utility works good on 64 bit Windows 7 but I want to ask you if:




is it possible in order to put an WMV or MPG file, to use an external source Video like a webcam or an IPCAM cgi... as an input for a dreamscene? to view always on my background desktop wallpaper. I can work in my bed room computer and in the same time I can control what's happen outside my house. That's will be fantastica but I need a WMV or MPG to put on Dreamscene Windows 7 Utility (Dreamscene Activator downloadable here)

Also if it possible an mms:// streaming video like the ISS International Space Station streaming live video input for my wallpaper will be nice.

VLC has Wallpaper mode and can play some internet streams and capture devices.
