office 2010 skins or themes to look like XP ribbon bar ?

i have two windows xp pro sp3, desktop pcs at work, one with office 2003 and other with office 2010.

so i want to prepare the newer excel 2010 versions in a more 2003 friendly way. the 2010 ribbon bar is very gayish and disoriented, too large, and not in the usual order. even some of the functions are not available. they seemed to be taken out of these later versions. i.e., the past_value icon and function is removed. now you have to select a 'as text'. but in 2003 we have an icon for this function because we use this feature day to day, extensively.

so i am wondering if there is anything i can purchase to mimic the old 2003 ribbon bar and some or most of its features.

any ideas ?
