    Im trying to put an FLV file in an MP4 container i extracted using FLVExtract i have tried yamb and mymp4box and each time audio is out of sync

    i dont think im doing anything wrong is there any other tools i can use, keep in my mind im new to this so play a little dumb with me im just trying to find out the best way to do this on going for my flv files

    Probably your .FLV has variable framerate.

    This is what I would try:

    a) remux the FLV to an MKV

    b) extract the video timestamps to a timecodes.txt

    c) use mp4fpsmod ( https://sites.google.com/site/qaacpage/cabinet )

    Possibly someone will know a faster and less-convoluted way

    Check first if they are VFR/Variable FrameRate with mediainfo.

    And if they are you must do as el heggunte mentions....or find another source...or a portable flv player.

    How do i remux to mkv sorry im a noob to this if i remux to mkv and that works im fine with stopping there it doesnt need to be mp4 could be either one
