LG TV USB suddenly no sound [PLEASE HELP]

Hi, last month i buy a WD external drive 1TB and i plugged to my LG TV and it's works fine. I can watch all my movies in my WD. but after a month (last night) i wanna watch a movie, after 3 minutes suddenly the sound disappear, but the video is fine. I try another movies that i can watched before, and all the movies has no sound. next morning i try again, and its just fine until 5minutes movie, the sound disappear again. I tried googling for this issue, but there's nothing.Please help, thanks before GBU

try a firmware update or return it asap
