I have a bunch of home videos in m2ts format and they all start with a 1 second fade in from black. So in Windows explorer, all thumbnails are black (=first frame of the clips).
I would like to edit the thumbnails if possible.
Do m2ts files have thumbnails inside them or does Windows simply loads the first frame of the clips?
If the thumbnails are embedded inside the clips, is there a tool that can edit them?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

I doubt that m2ts has any thumbnail embedded. A m2ts should be a part of an avchd or blu-ray and not any standalone container like mp4,mkv,avi etc.
