Any sites to download english AC3 files?

I have a few 1080p mkv moves with no english audio. Is there a site that I could get english AC3 files for movies?

Such sites don't exist anyway. If they did you wouldn't be asking us about them because you would have found them. The legal risk of running such a site is simply too great for anyone to risk setting one up.

There are sites that post subtitles for movies SO if the movie isn't in English because it's not a native English film (for instance maybe it's a Japanese film or whatever) then you MIGHT be able to find English subtitles.

Please note that often times the subtitles there are custom made and so they may not be perfect. Also don't expect to find English subtitles for each and every movie you have that isn't already in English (or have subtitles) because not all movies have been translated.
