    Hi,

    I need some advice on an error that has occurred with my SupportPlus media player (SP-PMP51C-0003).

    I can not access any menus due to file system error. The error occurred while using the 'jog button'.

    Message on screen reads -

    [ERROR]
    File System Error
    HDD Format or Check

    When I connect to laptop media player recognises USB connection. Laptop does not show media player in My Computer.

    Any information you can supply on this error would be much appreciated.

    I have one also-but even after resetting it I turn the power of and it goes to an opening screen then shuts off-any suggestions
