    Vegas doesn't constrain to 10Mbps if you use Mainconcept AVC. You could also use debugmode frameserver to frameserve out and use other encoders like x264 (or export a lossless intermediate). If you are making a blu-ray/AVCHD disc, don't use vegas' AVC encoder (either Mainconcept or Sony), they are not compliant and will need to be re-encoded.

    great chroma key and full compositing => after effects with included keylight plugin

    decent chroma key => vegas 8/9 pro chroma keyer

    mediocre/bleh chroma key => premiere pro, cinegobs
