I tried VCD easy and it produced a file videocd.bin.
But the next time I try vcdeasy it says it cannot replace
this file.
I tried deleting this file by using Windows XP Explorer.
It said that the file cannot be deleted because some other program is using it, even though I closed vcdeasy before trying to delete it.
It is possible that this more of Windows XP problem rather than
a vcdeasy problem, but any advice would apprecieated.
Thanks,

It's more of a WINXP/WIN2K problem, mostly if you have the "view web content in folders" option selected, because then once you selects a file it automatically opens it...
What I sugest is that you reboot, go to the command line (start->run and then CMD or COMMAND, can't remember how it is in winxp), then go to the directory where the bin file is and delete it from there, should do the job...

It shouldn't generally be a problem...
Are you sure you didn't do something like mount the image with daemon-tools? You can't delete it then until you unmount the image.
