How to play 1080p Youtube video in Potplayer?

Hello!

How can I play 1080p video from Youtube? The video quality get max. 720p stream from youtube. However according to potplayer's version history (you can found it here: https://www.videohelp.com/tools/PotPlayer/version-history#changelog ), it can play 1080p Youtube videos with a "bookmark" option:

Nothing about 1080p.

I haven't. But where is it? And why do the developers of Potplayer displike the 1080p Youtube videos? 720p quality is just simply not enough for normal people.

I guess because 1080p a/v streams are separated, not in one container. It can only be selected after starting playback. BTW, I like it because youtube playlist link can be drag & dropped into potplayer's main window/playlist editor (can save it as a potplayer's playlist).



ps. Right click on potplayer - playback - chapter/bookmark or the hotkey for bookmark menu is "H".

OK, but where can I set the 1080p youtube setting? Can you upload a screen shot from potplayer?

1. Search a video in youtube site and drag & drop it to potplayer.

Thank you! It works. However, are there any opton in the menü system to avoid the pressing of "H" button?

You can change or disable any hotkey in preferences.
