    Hello ive just recieved security footage but its in PNS format.

    Ive never heard of this format before and want to convert it into mp4 etc.

    can anyone help

    See if gspot or mediainfo can identify the codec.

    security footage is usually in a proprietary format until exported from the unit as an avi or other standard video. you may need to watch that with the original security software.
