    Okay so I am trying to put subtitles to videos being played with VMR 7 (Windowed) on MPC-HC. I know that it says its not supported from this little red "x"

    but i wanna know if theres any hack around this. Anything would be appreaciated.

    Note: It doesnt matter how this is achieved, I just wanna be able to play videos with VMR 7 (windowed) even with another player and put subtitles to them. By far I find MPC-HC to be the best for this but if theres another please tell me.

    As the picture above says, you should use VSFilter (or ffdshow).

    OMG, I didn't thought it would be this easy!!! I just installed VSfilter, played the video with MPC-HC and the subtitles showed up. Haha i feel like an ignorant now... thank you mate
