Whenever I try to convert a video with Any Video Converter, it ignores what codec I choose and makes the avi video codec FMP4 and uses the writing application Lavf52.82.0.
How do I get rid of whatever this stupid writing application is? I want the xvid codec, not whatever FMP4 is.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Hi
Your AnyVideoConverter program is using FFmpeg to do the converting.
That's where the 'Lavf52.82.0' comes from.
And FMP4 is FFmpeg's built-in MPEG-4 video codec.
So, if you definitely need to use a different codec, then do as Baldrick suggested - use a different program.
