Cannot Capture With NeroVision and Pinnacle 510USB Movie Box

I've had Nero for quite some time now and have never been able to configure this right. I'm using the latest Nero v8 along with the Pinnacle Movie Box edition (Studio 10 & 510 USB Capture device).

One of two things happen when I try to capture:
1) Video but no audio
2) Green preview screen with just a hint of a still image behind it and still no audio

I've tried playing with codecs, uninstalling & reinstalling Nero/Studio, etc. and to no avail. Pinnacle has not offered any useful support and I'm still waiting to hear back from Nero!

Somebody....anybody...HELP!

What your are finding is almost always true of USB video capture devices. They only work with the software they came with, and a few of the PVR packages like BeyondTV, MythTV, etc.
