    Whats the best program to join some MKV Files

    and some AVI FIles ?

    They have to be the same specs (ie. video dimensions, frame rate, audio sample rate etc...)

    MKV - you can try mkvmergegui, avidemux

    AVI - you can try vdub, avidemux

    Can't speak to MKV, but I use AviJoiner by brizsoft (www.brizsoft.com). Fast and easy. As poisondeathray said, specs need to be the same.
