FOLLOWING VIDEO CLIPS LOOKS WIERD OD HD-TV AFTER MAKING A DVD, NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED FOR PROPER ASPECT RATIO, WHILE ALL PLAY NICELY IN ALL MOST ALL MEDIA PLAYERS.
1)
Width : 720 pixels
Height : 400 pixels
Display aspect ratio : 16:9
Frame rate : 23.976 fps
2)
Width : 640 pixels
Height : 272 pixels
Display aspect ratio : 4:3
Frame rate : 25 fps
3)
Width : 720 pixels
Height : 304 pixels
Display aspect ratio : 2.35:1
Frame rate : 29.97fps
1) HOW TO MAKE ONE STANDALONE DVD OUT OF THESE VIDEO CLIPS FOR NTSC STANDARD DVD?
2) IS IT POSSIBLE TO CONVERT CLIP#2 & CLIP#3 TO NTSC STANDARD (720X480, 23.976FPS OR 720X576, 25FPS) DVD SIZE?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

1) you must know how to turn off the caps lock. please do so.
2) how long are they?
3) 1 and 3 might work ok together as a dvd but adding in a pal vid will cause problems.--

Clip # 1 = 45m15sec
Clip # 2 = 55m37sec [ I can shrink or stretch timebase to 23.976 or 29.99 by demux-n-mux, but AR? ]
Clip # 3 = 25m08sec [ -as you said "1 and 3 might work ok" -- seems OK, I adjusted to proper AR.]Last edited by Bonie81; 2nd Sep 2010 at 17:42.

1) Stretch to 720x480, encode as 16:9 anamorphic MPEG 2 with 3:2 pulldown flags.
2) This doesn't sound right. Why would someone use a 640x272 frame to encode a 4:3 video? I'll assume it's square pixel and 2.35:1 DAR. Stretch to 720x360, add borders to the top and bottom to bring it up to 720x480, encode as progressive anamorphic 16:9 MPEG 2 at 25 fps, Add 3:2:3:2:2 pulldown flags with DgPulldown.
3) Resize to 720x360, add borders to the top and bottom to bring the frame up to 720x480, encode as interlaced anamorphic 16:9 MPEG 2 at 29.97 fps.
