    Any of the ATI All In Wonder cards would work...or any other card that will accept video input. You will need your Sat box to descramble the signal, then feed the video into your pc.

    If you don't have a sat box however you will need a dvb-s PCI card which you can connect to a dish and then you can watch TV and record directly the MPEG stream.
