  1. I'm looking for a software program that can do accurate (and lossless) audio synchronization.

If I use a timeline-based video editing software, I can hear the audio bit that is connected to every video frame. This makes audio synchronization very easy and very accurate.

I have been told that my favorite software (Videoredo) can't do this. It's mute when you scroll through the video, so it's "audio adjustment" feature is not very precise.

Any software that can help me here?

  2. Any of the major NLEs can do this. There is no loss while synchronizing. If you want to export lossless you need an NLE that can smart render whatever video format you're using. Audio is usually converted to PCM in editing, so there is no loss there.
