I just installed TFM and got one video done and it looks great. However, now when I try to add any movie to do another one I get the error message "Cannot create file 'C:\Program Files\TheFilmMachine\***(whatever the name of the movie).log". Access is denied.
Is this a problem with Vista or TFM. I'm using TFM 1.6.0.4 and Vista Home Premium.
I looked in their forum and didn't see any solution.
Thanks.

I haven't used TFM in a while. Did you delete the old log? Maybe it's telling you that only one at a time can exist and it can't overwrite it? If you can, I would change the location of the log to your documents folder as it would be easier to access. But maybe someone here has more experience with the program and can give better advise.
And welcome to our forums. -
I have not deleted anything. Also, I can't figure out how to even change the location of the log.
And thanks, long time lurker, I've been a member in the past and answered a few questions, but have never asked one myself. -
Just delete everything in the output folder before you start a new project.
C:\Program Files\The FilmMachine\Output\
I don't have Vista but would suggest it's something to do with Vista's ownership of files crap. -
Okay, I think I figured it out. I had to right click on the shortcut and run it as an administrator. Dumb Vista.
Thanks for the help.
