My first introduction to Video was a Pinnacle DC10 plus card and installation which worked well on Windows 98. I have since got a digital video camera and and Pinnacle 10 plus editing suite. As I still have my old VHS tapes, I wand to upload these using my DC10 card. My problem is that when I try to install the Pinnacle DC10 software onto XP, I first get a message : "this software has not been tested on Windows NT4 do you want to continue?" and when I do, I then get "this software does not operate on Windows NT5" and it closes down.
My other option is to find a driver for the card but those from Pinnacle either ask for the disk or seem to install OK, but the system still does not recognise the card.
Can you help?? Thanks in advance!
