Hi guys!
It's about one week that i try to remove a text insert by a very stupid homo erectus... "ripped by a stupid" at beginning of the film (please see the attachment).
How can I remove that?
My file it's mkv and I didn't found any sw that can open mkv for editing, Avidemux can open it and edit, but the filter (delogo) can be applied to entire film, not for few seconds only...
I've tried a lot of software, but I had to extract h264 from mkv container, and again, with virtualdubmod, I can apply a filter that mask the text but, the filter persist until the end of video...
Help me please!
Robby

It is possible to apply an AviSynth filter for a specified time, but doing so is very complicated and I don't remember the commands to do it. I tested having a filter only apply for a certain time and it worked so I know it can be done. Maybe someone else can tell you how.
