I have gone back and fourth and can't decide. I already have an Xbox 360 that works wonderfully for XviD, but it's in the other room. So, my question is what is the best wireless solution for playing XviD content on my HDTV. I am willing to convert files for Apple TV, but I can't seem to get the conversion to keep the 5.1 audio which is very very important to me. I am also trying to avoid building a Media Center PC since everything I create is mine and can be encoded however I like, so no need for such beef. Any input is welcome...thanks so much, I have been driving myself nuts with this.

Why not pick up another 360? Much cheaper that building an HTPC. Probably can find a good used one.
    Have a good one,

  3. Apple TV upgraded now to cope with divx and xvid, I think. Steve hears, and is on the JOb.
Corned beef is now made to a higher standard than at any time in history.
The electronic components of the power part adopted a lot of Rubycons.
