Which section should I post in?

Hi everyone. Looks like this is a busy forum and I came to the right place.

I have to find a streaming video service solution such as ustream that allows us to save streaming videos on our personal computer or location rather than the service's location after the broadcast is done. It doesn't seem like ustream allows you to save somewhere else besides them and if other services don't, we might have to set up our own streaming media sever using Adobe Media Server or something like that. So i will need a lot of advice in those areas. So where is the best section to start here?
