I have a Cisco Flip that is HD... The video format is MP4... A 4:30 minute video is a little over 300mb... What is the best program to compress these files down to where I can compress them down to be able to fit on sites like Facebook and so forth??? Thanks in advance...

Handbrake, under the video tab change the video size.

If you use other video encoders then lower the bitrate to get smaller file size. https://www.videohelp.com/tools/sections/video-encoders-h264-vc1

  3. I second the use of Handbrake, especially if you are Mac user. It rocks!
