I've noticed that on another vBulletin forum, they've set up a special bbcode tag to link to the forum rules, like this:

Should something like that be done here, at least for certain pages (and yes, probably the rules, too )? For example, the Common DivX DVD Players AVI Playback problems sticky. I usually end up having to call up the Newbie/General subforum, copy the link to the thread, and paste it into a reply.

Perhaps there should be special tags for the What Is: Blu-Ray and DVD pages, too? I'm not sure...
