As far as I can tell my browser is tring to run the code instead of displaying it.
I tried the page in IE Mozilla 3.6, 3.5, 2.0, Opera 10.10, and Safari (Used for testing pages for compatibility). This is under windows7

Could you fix the tutorial.

I don't have a cue about anything technical however I came across your website as I want to purchase a region 1 DVD and I'm in the UK which only has region 2. On your site you have an ad from a company called www.DVD-Unlocking.co.uk and I wanted to know if they are genuine. They say they give you DVD codes to unlock your DVD player so you can watch any region dvd formats. Can this be done and are they a trusted site? Many Thanks
