I just got some 25gb bd-r Optical Quantum and there website says firmware 7112. Since I am at 7P5C my drive does recognize the bd-r to burn. I have been looking for hours Lite-On... I have a MSI U130 netbook without a internal DVD rewriter and i would like to make a system recovery disc for the netbook. Instead of buying an external dvd rewriter. Would i be able to connect my netbook to my PC and use ImgBurn software along with the rewriter in my PC to make the disc?

I take it i wouldn't be able to boot the disc from PC to netbook or would i?
