<b>Software:</b><br />
<a class="contentlink" href="http://www.videohelp.com/tools/TEncoder" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">TEncoder</a>. FREE! (for Windows only)<br />

<br />
<b>Guide</b><br />
Install TEncoder.<br />
<br />
Click on the + to load your video files, single files or entire folders.<br />
Under the Video Options tab set Video Codec: <b>ProRes</b>, Common sizes: <b>Original</b>, FPS: <b>Same as source</b>, Aspect ratio: <b>Keep</b><br />
