Here's my problem...I use MPC Home Cinema, my DVDs are playing with the audio in sync, but when I manually play VOB files the audio is not in sync with the video. I'm running Windows Vista 64 Ultimate. I believe I installed the K-Lite codec pack shortly after I got the computer, which is like a year ago or more, I have just been too busy to deal with this until now. I realize now installing K-Lite was perhaps not the smartest move, but before doing so I wasn't able to play VOBs at all.
Please, what is my best chance of fixing this problem? PS: Even though I don't want to use it to play my media, I could mention that in the Windows Media Player VOB files won't open at all (DVDs will play there though).

Can anyone please help me how to play this file in Media Player Classic (or Media Player Classic Home Cinema). What codec are the smallest, and do it best?

VLC plays only audio but no video. I tried re-installing latest VLC but no luck. :(

When play is pressed it will start in sync anywhere in the movie, and then the picture will slowly loose speed. So there's nothing to adjust with avidemux. And choosing sync enabled in SMPlayer doesn't help. Remuxing neither helps.

It's a popular movie found in a better quality, so it would be a waste if it had to be converted to lower quality.
